Government Purchasing

The COSTARS program provides Pennsylvania municipalities, agencies, and authorities (collectively known as "Members") access to competitive pricing across a wide range of approved goods and services—without the time and expense of a traditional public bidding process.

Administered by the Pennsylvania Department of General Services (DGS), COSTARS allows Members to purchase directly from pre-approved suppliers who have been thoroughly vetted and awarded contracts in their respective areas of expertise.

A&M Electric LLC offers special pricing to COSTARS Members through our awarded COSTARS-8 contract. Members may purchase eligible electrical materials directly from A&M Electric LLC, benefiting from compliant procurement, competitive pricing, and reliable sourcing.

To use our COSTARS contract, simply contact us to place your order. We will verify your COSTARS membership, supply the appropriate materials for your project, and report all applicable sales directly to COSTARS in accordance with program requirements.
